The role is primarily focused on corporate development, with ownership of deal sourcing, thesis development, and early-stage evaluation of acquisition and investment opportunities. In parallel, the role supports strategic partnerships and selective business development, helping BVG and its portfolio companies identify, assess, and structure partnerships that advance long-term strategic goals.

This is a manager-level, individual contributor role designed for someone who can independently own workstreams, manage complex processes, and act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.

  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential M&A opportunities.

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities for BVG and its portfolio companies, including technology, platform, ecosystem, and commercial partners.
  • Support structuring and evaluation of partnership economics, strategic value, and long-term optionality.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with founders, operators, investors, and peers across the gaming, AI, and broader technology ecosystem.
  • Act as a coordination and relationship owner for selected partnerships, ensuring alignment with BVG’s strategic priorities.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, VP Strategy & Biz Ops, and senior leaders on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to assess feasibility, integration considerations, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Track market and competitive trends across gaming, AI, and adjacent technologies to proactively inform deal and partnership theses.
