POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People & Culture, the Coordinator, People & Culture plays a key role in managing essential processes, administration tasks and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks, support training and development initiatives and contributing to various team projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire documentation and IT/equipment setup;
- Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions, completion of exit documentation, and system deactivation.
- Generate and analyze P&C reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools;
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support key initiatives, including performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and other people programs;
- Develop and maintain a central repository of training materials, guides, and resources for employees;
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience;
- Develop and enhance materials and resources for P&C initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for various people functions, including documentation, compliance tracking, and process improvements;
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in a P&C Coordinator or similar role;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
