Job Description:

The Client Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality media operations support to dentsu. Canada’s Media and Performance brands. The role will support designated clients through execution of media operational activities concerning client and budget management, campaign delivery, and reporting. The Coordinator will ensure client-centric focus on best practice, process and policy alignment, as well as continuous improvement. 

Accountabilities: 
• Manage campaign timelines and deliver operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality.
• Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations, and key partners across all Media brands in Canada. 
• Partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses across Canada.
• Ensure client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed.
• Partner with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance. 
• Ensure budget maintenance and utilization is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements, such as Media Purchase Authorizations (MPAs) and budget details.
• Maintain client reporting requirements and generate reporting templates in accordance with requirements.
• Support brand leadership in performing client audits.
• Provide additional operational support as needed.

Qualifications: 
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Finance, Business, or related field. 
• Relevant work experience in media client services or media operations in digital (programmatic, search and social, direct digital) and/or non-digital (Broadcast and Print and Out-of-Home).
• Excellent time management and ability to help media operations and planning teams meet urgent deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and best-in-class customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting, and cost control principles. 
• Previous experience with media systems such as Adtraq or EAS.
• Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc

The salary range for this position is $50k-$55k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
