As a Contracts & Pricing Analyst you will be a product consultant in the Sports Medicine product portfolio specializing in soft tissue injury repair and degenerative conditions of the shoulder, knee, hip, and small joints.

What will you be doing?

You will manage the end-to-end process for contracting and pricing activities, ensuring accurate quotations, pricing alignment, and resolution of discrepancies. This includes overseeing contract lifecycle management—covering renewals, modifications, compliance, and maintaining accurate data in ERP systems—while performing rebate calculations and profitability analysis. In addition, you may assist with coordinating RFP responses to ensure timely, compliant submissions.  

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bilingual English French is a must.
  • Completion of College or University, and/or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is advantageous, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Professionalism in administrative areas.
  • Ability to continuously learn and desire to proactively acquire knowledge.
  • Ability to build relationships across the business and its functions.
  • Ability to drive business performance based on KPI and driver analysis.
  • Ability to perform analysis and modelling. High degree of Excel knowledge.

Travel Requirements: Less than 5%.  Infrequent national travel for events and conferences
