  • Provide guidance to business partners on contract structures, pricing models, risk considerations, and negotiation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready contract records, renewal information, and obligations within sourcing and contracting platforms.
  • Support supplier compliance with contract terms and help coordinate resolution of issues with business partners, including IT Vendor Management.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, commercial negotiation, or a related field.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts (e.g., SaaS, software licensing, development, hardware, hosting, professional/managed services).
  • Experience negotiating IT commercial constructs (SLAs, service credits, benchmarking, audit rights, price protection).
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in contract review.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess risks, interpret contract language, identify improvement opportunities, and provide clear recommendations.
  • Experience using procurement or contract management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Icertis, DocuSign, or similar platforms).

  • Effective communication and creative stakeholder engagement with the ability to break down barriers and promote new approaches.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with IT, Legal, Procurement, and cross-functional partners while navigating differing priorities and requirements.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple contracting priorities of varying complexities.
