Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of contracts within our consulting services business. The ideal candidate will ensure that contracts are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, compliance is maintained, and contractual obligations are met in alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of professional services agreements, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial proposal through execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure contractual obligations are clearly defined, achievable, and monitored.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including compliance, liability, and performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and reporting systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract terms, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Monitor key contract milestones, including deliverables, deadlines, and renewal dates, ensuring proactive management.
  • Support dispute resolution and escalation processes when contractual issues arise.
  • Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and trends relevant to professional consulting services.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in contract management, preferably in professional consulting, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of consulting agreements, professional services contracts, NDAs, and SLA frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficiency with contract management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise systems.



Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in consulting engagements.
  • Experience managing international contracts and cross-border agreements.
  • Project management or legal advisory experience.
