Responsibilities

Salary Range:  $55,000-$60,000 Annually

This position is to fill an upcoming vacancy.

  • Manage customer accounts
  • Review, enter and maintain Purchase orders
  • Daily invoicing of customer orders
  • Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status
  • Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems.
  • Be a Liaison between customers and internal departments
  • Participate in account receivables and payment issues
  • Plan and participate in client visits
Qualifications
  • A degree in a technical discipline, aerospace or administration;

  • 2-3 Years experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in aerospace an asset) 

  • 3 + Years experience in a manufacturing setting 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite -with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Self directed and able to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
