Job Summary:Our architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Contract Administrator to manage and administer contracts for architecture and construction projects. The Senior Level Contract Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed within the agreed terms of the contract, managing and mitigating risks, and providing guidance and leadership to junior contract administrators.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer contracts for architecture and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions by all parties
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with contracts
- Review and analyze contract documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that contract requirements are being met
- Negotiate and resolve any contract disputes
- Coordinate with legal counsel as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior contract administrators
- Develop and implement best practices for contract administration
- Other duties as assigned by senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in contract administration for architecture or construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Extensive experience with contract management software, such as Procore or Aconex
- Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles
- Experience with LEED certification a plus
