Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic content marketing manager with a passion for storytelling to join our Content Marketing Strategy team. Reporting directly to the Director of Content Strategy, this role will work alongside a team of dedicated content professionals to develop, write, implement, manage, and promote the benefits of our cybersecurity solution. This role requires a strategic understanding of the audience’s needs along with the ability to identify what content is necessary to tell that story, while ensuring that both the content itself and its messaging align with overall business goals.

This individual will need to oversee the creation and distribution of content materials such as ebooks, websites, blogs, emails, infographics, video scripts, and newsletters, across various channels, sometimes working on copywriting necessary materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the timely development of long-form content creation (whether net new or updated content creation), including eBooks, blogs, web pages, email nurtures, interactive infographics, and more

  • Collaborate across teams, partnering with product, design and other colleagues and agencies, to brainstorm ideas, develop content, and ensure its strategic alignment

  • Develop intriguing snackable / promotable materials driving to the longer-form content

  • Ensure that brand voice and tone are consistent across all content deliverables and platforms

  • Improve written content’s visibility by aligning content with established SEO and AEO strategies

  • Work across the event and field marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging in market (mostly emails, nurtures, and event landing page copy)

  • Work closely with one of the key business portfolios to ensure regular and timely updates to their portion of the website

  • Manage and keep current the content inventory across all Entrust available content (in a shareable format)

  • Ensure proper distribution of long form content once published/live

  • Work with the analytics team to understand what content is moving the needle

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has the customer and their needs in mind during content creation

  • Has a passion for developing and executing content strategies that attract and convert prospects into engaged customers

  • Brings strong familiarity with SEO best practices to drive measurable business results

  • Is customer-focused, using audience and market research to understand needs and inform content recommendations and messages

  • Adapts their thinking across the full customer journey-from awareness to consideration and conversion

  • Leverages data to tell compelling stories, uncover insights, and identify new opportunities to lead, innovate and deliver results

  • Communicates clearly and persuasively, tailoring messages from different audience levels and stakeholder groups

  • Excels as a collaborative team player, fostering strong partnerships across internal team and with external partners

  • Brings experience managing agency relationships, including briefing, reviewing and providing actionable feedback

  • Manages project details, deadline and shifting priorities with accuracy and accountability

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, communications, and content marketing roles, preferably in a high-growth or dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • B2B brand marketing and content development, preferably high-tech

  • Experience in the Cybersecurity space

  • Strong analytic, communication and problem-solving skills

  • A track-record of delivering great content

  • Ability to work collaboratively across both internal and external partners
