About Us:

As we continue to inspire the world to visit the world, we’re looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our team.

We’re on the look out for a detail-oriented and organized Content Manager to oversee our digital content assets library and ensure the efficient management of creative assets, particularly photography and video. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of image management systems, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a leader in proactive planning around photography and other creative assets. Work with marketing leadership to set the plans to collect photography or other visual assets – maintain the calendar of content collection to address marketing needs. 

  • Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital images and other creative assets, which include photography, videos, and could include graphics, logos, written content and ad creative.

  • Develop and maintain an efficient digital asset management system to streamline access to images and creative outputs.

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand their image needs and provide timely support. 

  • Conduct regular audits of the image library to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Proactively lead archiving of expired assets.

  • Implement metadata tagging and indexing protocols to enhance searchability.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in image management and copyright compliance, and establish a file management process to abide by usage rights.

  • Assist in the selection and acquisition of new imagery to enrich the asset library from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide training and support to team members on using the asset management system.

  • Work closely with Lead Art Director to develop and maintain photography style that is implemented across all visual assets, this includes colour correction and photo editing

  • Import, organize, and review raw images for editing.

  • Perform photo retouching, colour correction, and exposure adjustments to enhance image quality.

  • Prepare final images in appropriate file formats for web, print, and other mediums.

  • Ideal candidate would also have photography skills themselves and may participate in global photoshoots to capture visual assets for marketing needs.


Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital asset management or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in digital asset management software (e.g., Frontify, Adobe Experience, or similar tools).

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with image formats, copyright laws, and licensing agreements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Photography experience is an asset
