SUMMARY: The Affinity Group Content & Digital Marketing Specialist is to work with the Marketing team to create and manage Digital Flip Books, Campaigns, Video development, content creation as well as manage product presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and manage all digital flipbooks to enhance engagement and brand storytelling
  • Plan, create, and execute e-campaigns and digital communications that drive audience interaction and conversation
  • Oversee POS and POP material management
  • Lead end-to-end multimedia production, including photography, videography, email marketing, and digital publications, to deliver high-quality visual and written content.
  • Maintain and update detailed product specification sheets for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Collaborate on the development of compelling marketing and sales presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage SharePoint updated and maintenance to optimize content organization and team collaboration
  • Ensure brand consistency across all Affinity Group client assets, tools, and communications.
  • Drive execution of special projects, delivering innovative solutions aligned with business objectives

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  •  Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva (design), PremierPro, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience is required.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Critical thinkers and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner.
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional image at all times
  • Outgoing and mature
  • A team player
  • Must be passionate about food

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate demands of position (some weekends included)
  • May require travel and some overnights may be required.
