Position Overview
We’re looking for a Content Design & Integration Intern to help create, manage, and optimize digital content across our platforms. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with content management systems (CMS), writing engaging copy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals.
This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate who has a passion for digital content, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning more about content strategy and CMS tools.
Responsibilities

Assist in writing, editing, and publishing content for websites, apps, and other digital channels.

Upload, format, and update text, images, and videos within the CMS.

Ensure content follows brand guidelines and is optimized for readability and engagement.

Work with designers, product managers, and other teams to create a seamless user experience.

Help update and optimize existing content for accuracy, clarity, and SEO.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content displays correctly across devices.

Troubleshoot minor formatting or layout issues within the CMS.

Document best practices and workflows related to content management.
ACADEMIC TRAINING

Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Design, Content Writing, or related fields.
Qualifications

Interest in content design, digital marketing, or related fields.

Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Strapi, Craft, Drupal, or similar) is a plus but not required.

Basic understanding of SEO and web content best practices is a plus.

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Ability to collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.
