As a member of our Advisory Services team, you will help solve a range of complex business challenges by advising clients across strategy, design, and transformation. You will collaborate with a wide variety of client stakeholders to understand their landscape and develop innovative solutions to move them forward. You will work with clients ranging from fast-paced start-ups to large global institutions to solve their toughest challenges.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges
- Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations
- Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk
- Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context
- Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
- Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
- Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of financial services domain is considered an asset
