About The Role

Konrad is looking for a Consultant to join our Management Consulting team. You'll work with colleagues to deliver digital and AI projects, and guide clients through design thinking to create cutting-edge experiences. We use modern digital and AI tools in our own work and help clients use them to transform their businesses.

What You’ll Do

  •     Support senior team members on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital and AI transformations
  •     Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
  •     Lead and take part in UX design thinking workshops, including finding opportunities where digital and AI can add value
  •     Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them
  •     Conduct interviews and research on client processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to speed up research and synthesis
  •     Manage project coordination
  •     Stay current on digital, technology and AI trends, and share insights with the team and clients
  •     Develop presentations, documentation and proposal responses

Qualifications

  •     2+ years of relevant experience
  •     A background in strategy, design and/or technology engagements
  •     A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology
  •     Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work, with good judgment about where they add value
  •     A strong track record of client collaboration
  •     Interest in emerging technologies and how digital and AI are changing customer experiences
  •     An appreciation for quality digital design
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication
  •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •     Self-motivation and a collaborative approach
  •     Comfort presenting and public speaking

The estimated compensation for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
