Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant, Submissions & Operations to support the development and delivery of high-quality HTA and payer submissions while contributing to operational excellence. This role combines strategic coordination with hands-on administrative support to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely submissions across Canadian health authorities and payers.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare and submit HTA and reimbursement dossiers.
  • Organize and integrate data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Author and maintain administrative sections and standard submission documents.
  • Manage submission templates, checklists, and internal documentation systems.
  • Support invoice tracking, contract preparation, and coordination with finance/legal teams.
  • Execute purchases and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Stay current with HTA and reimbursement guidelines and regulatory changes.
  • Provide internal consultation on submission best practices and requirements.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to address submission-related queries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance submission workflows.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within HTA (Health Technology Assessment), pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related settings.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in HTA submissions, operations, or a related healthcare role.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian HTA and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,100 - $123,500
