What You'll Be Doing

The Consultant, Enterprise Client Data Management & Strategy will manage activities such as, Data access management, Data Custody Agreement development. They will be the single point of contact for Data Governance policy related changes, DCJ activities, build and manage relationships with key partners internally (Technology, Program and Project Management, segments, product owners, and channels) on projects, to address issues and create opportunities for improvement. They will also have the ability to lead and support concurrent independent and inter-dependent initiatives, exercise judgment to identify, diagnose and solve problems within scope of accountability.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to use a variety of technology tools to query data to help better inform project and production support decisions to improve our client data, our user experience, and ultimately, to help make our clients ambitions a reality.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Analytical - Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business related issues

  • Communication –  You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to adapt your communication style to your audience. You are also able to able to give and receive feedback, confident, articulate.

  • Business Acumen - You will be required to act independently to ensure ongoing compliance of various activities within Data & Analytics as required. You are a good communicator, with the ability to analyze findings and make recommendations  to directors and senior directors across our business

  • Problem Solver – Look for ways to problem solve in order to deliver your best to your team and partners

  • Leadership - Well-developed leadership skills sufficient to achieve results, including the ability to influence change.

  • Data Specialist: You know how to extract data from databases and convert it into a business readable format using tools such as Tableau, Power BI and create dashboards, presentations that will provide senior leaders data to make informed decisions

  • You can demonstrate experience in Business Analysis methodology and principles. 3-5 years of experience in the following tools: Tableau, SQL, Alteryx to perform queries to investigate data related issues, making sense of information and communicate detailed information in an impactful way
