What You’ll be Doing
As an integral part of the Digital Analytics & Integration team, the Consultant, Digital Analytics will be accountable for supporting the development of strategic digital and mobile solutions, architecture to enhance Client digital servicing, franchising and engagement, and improve retention and digital containment. The Consultant will be responsible for owning and supporting projects that impact the business through in-depth research analysis, interpretation, and insights derived from complex digital business information to ensure we are delivering real-time personalized digital experiences to our Clients. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with various teams including frontend and backend Data and Analytics, Strategy, Product and Technology partners. The successful candidate will be passionate about the intersection of business, data and technology and strive to explore how financial services can deliver leading digital experiences to our clients.

How You’ll Succeed

Data Analysis for Storytelling, Problem-Solving & Insights: Utilizing analytics and other internal data sets for thorough analysis to story-tell, understand trends, make projections, uncover opportunities for optimization in our digital banking and native app platforms and derive actionable insights that drive strategic roadmaps and business decisions.

Servicing, Personalization & Retention Client Strategy: Hold a thorough understanding of the client digital journey, outcomes and pain points in order to steer and influence optimization and personalization initiatives to further streamline and personalize client experience, reduce churn and increase digital engagement.

Digital Signals & Personalization: Design strategies with the objective to further franchise and digitally engage customers by leveraging various digital signals for real-time personalization targeting efforts.

Digital Privacy and Consent: Sound understanding with the ability to articulate the bank's adherence to data privacy and consent regulations (Bill 64, GDPR, CCPA) as well as being able to apply best practices across digital properties (inclusive of digital tracking technologies i.e. cookies and pixels).

Technology & Integration Discovery: Lead market research on technology platforms and integrations that could add efficiency, effectiveness and enhancement to our current architecture including and not limited to AI, third-party data solutions, digital measurement, servicing and monitoring tools.

Create and/or Influence Digital KPIs & Measurement: Evaluate and leverage digital signals to have an improved understanding of true digital adoption and engagement Client behaviour and overall performance of digital servicing tools and products.

Communication - Superior interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to convey or present factual and conceptual information on issues which require detailed explanation and interpretation. Ability to prepare materials and summaries tailored to executive leadership is a critical skill.

Business Casing: Support the development of business cases.
Who You Are

You can demonstrate 3 to 5 years of work experience in Digital strategy, Data, Digital Marketing, Digital Servicing, Client journey and behavioural measurement using Analytics platforms and reporting dashboards, deriving actionable insights from data sets, market research, vendor discovery and relationship management, awareness and understanding of digital privacy laws and trends, being able to communicate highly technical concepts in a simplified and concise way, and experience in building business cases.
