What you'll be doing

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in successfully identifying Opportunities in process improvement, ensure all key KPI’s are aligned and interpreted correctly, Looks for Automation opportunities through dashboarding and work flow enhancement.  You are accountable to successfully manage and sustain new projects and initiatives, and ensure alignment with Key partners such as Product , Risk , Finance and Strategy.  This role is an independent contributor and requires a minimum of  4 plus years’ of experience  in Analytics / Risk management or Collections. The candidate should have hands on experience in extracting data though complex queries and should have a problem solving mindset when it comes to data related challenges.

How you'll succeed

  • Business Intelligence  – You will be one of a key point of contact who will ensure key KPI’s are accurately extracted , cleaned and Interpreted. You will ensure to provide Business intelligence on KPI that is performing to the target and where we  have opportunities to improve. (Having high proficiency on  SQL / Power BI (DAX) & Power Automate flows is a merit)
  • Improving Analytical Efficiency  Identify Gaps , Develop and implement automation on repeated  reporting, manage validations and  checks to increase efficiency. 
  • Relationship management – You build strong relationships internally and externally.  You understand views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem solving to find the best solution for our clients, employees and stakeholders 
  • Analytical Consultation - Assess the impact, effectiveness and feasibility as per data and proposed insights and Intelligence to Senior Management to provide a perspective on the impact strictly driven by data enabling better decision making . 
  • Team Player & Leadership – Provide technical guidance to your peers, stakeholders and working team members.  
  • Attention to Detail, Accountability and Strong Communication - You will document your recommendations and communicate with management and business partners to obtain support to move forward. You will Constantly challenge the Status quo aiming Automation and efficiency.

Who you are

  • You bring in strong Analytics and Business Intelligence experience from the Industry this could be the experience in Querying complex datasets, Automating repeated tasks and provide business Intelligence
  • You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You're confident in your ability to communicate and help others see what is in the data in an impactful way. Knowledge of Collection business will be an asset
  • You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making. 
  • You act like an owner. You thrive when you're empowered to take the lead, go above and beyond, and deliver results 
  • You need to demonstrate expertise in solving analytics problems Using - Advance SQL, and use Tools such as -  SAS Cognos & Power Bi for Daya pull Analytics and Visualization,Power automate – to Handle Data wrangling and clean-up automation,Power Point to Manage quick presentation, Knowledge of working on- ThoughtSpot, Data bricks is always a merit.
