This position will require you to be in the Toronto Office twice weekly. 

Your Impact:

  • Conduct thorough testing of the Fluence Consolidation Application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in QA testing, with a focus on financial consolidation software.
  • Hands-on experience with Fluence or similar financial consolidation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
  • Technical skills in QA automation and experience creating automated test scripts, including proficiency with tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
