HYPERMUSE Studio is Dulcedo Group’s AI Image & Video studio, built to extend what our talent, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technology.
Born from Dulcedo’s leadership at every major industry shift, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver high-end, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI - without compromising the values that define our business: consent, fairness, creative integrity, and trust. We don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a new production advantage that is carefully directed, ethically structured, and built to protect the long-term value of the talent economy.
Our studio exists to solve real commercial problems for brands - unlocking new formats, new creative worlds, and new efficiencies - while ensuring that digital likeness and AI-generated assets are managed with rigorous standards. Every deliverable is shaped by experienced creative leaders and producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn’t replace taste. It scales it.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Concept Creative to help shape and execute AI-enabled creative work that feels premium, intentional, and on-brand. You’ll generate strong concepts, build visual directions (moodboards, references, narratives), and collaborate with our creative and production teams to bring ideas to life fast. You're excited to get your creative juices flowing and you should be comfortable joining early concept conversations and helping sharpen the directio! This is a great role for someone with strong taste who’s excited by AI and wants to grow into bigger creative ownership over time.
Your Role
- Generate high-volume concepts and creative directions for AI image/video projects.
- Build moodboards, visual references, and story frames that translate briefs into clear creative territories.
- Support early client alignment by helping prepare concept decks and participating in strategy/concept calls when needed.
- Translate feedback into revisions and stronger creative decisions with guidance from the creative lead.
- Partner with production to ensure creative intent is clear and executable within timelines.
- Help define visual rules (style, tone, composition) so outputs feel curated—not generic AI.
- Contribute to creative research: trends, references, competitive scans, formats that are working.
- Maintain strong organization across versions/iterations so the team can move fast.
- Bring AI curiosity: explore tools/workflows and share what improves speed or quality.
Your Profile
- 4-6 years in content, concepting, design, art direction, or creative roles (agency/studio/brand).
- A portfolio showing strong taste: aesthetics, visual storytelling, and concept clarity.
- Genuine interest in AI and comfort collaborating with AI-native workflows (you don’t need to be deeply technical).
- Experience in fashion/beauty/entertainment/creator economy, or campaign work.
- Comfortable working fast, iterating often, and taking feedback with a “make it better” mindset.
- Strong written and visual communication (can explain concepts clearly and build compelling decks).
- Team-first: you collaborate well with producers, artists, and creative leads.
- Organized and reliable: you keep momentum and handle multiple concepts/projects at once.
- Basic editing/retouching skills (Photoshop, simple video tools) or strong production awareness.
