We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join Element Fleet Management.   As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Compliance Manager, reporting to the Director, Legal and working closely with the VP of Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing all enterprise compliance programs and processes to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.  

A Day in the Life   

  • Develop, enhance and operationalize enterprise-level compliance policies, programs, processes and controls to mitigate risk and comply with applicable laws and regulations within Element’s risk framework
  • Provide ongoing review of materials, policies and plans in areas such as applicable regulations and standards, documentation, and processes; ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Work with Element leadership to develop, monitor and measure compliance goals and objectives and risk management
  • Identify compliance risks and work with management to resolve
  • Conduct annual compliance audits/reviews
  • Develop and deliver executive level presentations on compliance objectives, reviews and potential risks
  • Monitor changes in legislation and implement changes as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead projects from a compliance, risk, or policy perspective

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of compliance experience, with a proven track record of growth in responsibilities
  • Demonstrated history of building trusted relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with and communicate across all levels across the organization
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task

The hiring base salary range for this position is $92,100 - $126,610 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
