Our Compliance Consultant I can work either in person, hybrid, or in a remote environment. Travel is required.
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize consultative approach to assist financial services clients to develop and strengthen their compliance management system
  • Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identifying regulatory gaps and associated risks
  • Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in banki ng / financial institutions
  • Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive management
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a high volume, high paced dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience in lending is pref erred

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $54,000 - $90,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
