We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Complaint Investigator (Quality Specialist) in Mississauga, ON (On-site).

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product quality and customer complaint investigations.
  • Manage the control, approval, and tracking of complaint investigations, including CAPA logs in Trackwise
  • Prioritize complaint investigations to meet regulatory, client, and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update the complaint investigation procedures for continuous improvement when revision is required.
  • Represent as the complaint investigator in client meetings to address root cause analysis and concerns.
  • Support Regulatory Inspections and Client Audits specific to the Complaint Investigation process and procedure.
  • Provide assistance to the Compliance Department to perform as supplemental support for other Compliance activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Root Cause Analysis Tools.
  • Experience in Annual Product Reports and Quality Agreements.
  • Previous experience with Complaint Investigations and Deviation Investigations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, and Trackwise.
Note: Salary is up to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
