Job Description
As a Compensation Advisor reporting to the Director of Compensation, you play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align with QuadReal’s values and culture, drive desired behaviors, and contribute to business success. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the broader HR team, you’ll focus on various compensation aspects, including program design, market positioning, internal equity, job evaluation, policies, procedures, and HRIS configuration. Your goal is to attract and retain top talent by ensuring competitive compensation practices.
Responsibilities
Support in the design and administration of base and variable compensation programs for our global workforce; enhance the effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
Provide advice to business and HR partners as a subject-matter expert on compensation matters, including compensation recommendations for employees, programs, policies, and procedures.
Analyze market trends, program competitiveness, and cost implications of QuadReal’s reward programs.
Oversee a market compensation survey process and participate in the selected compensation market surveys. Track and monitor survey participation, including costs and submission dates. Recommend survey process improvements and continually look for new market data sources.
Play a key role in the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle - variable compensation and base salary reviews.
Maintain and evolve job architecture, position management, and compensation structure framework.
Support as a co-administrator in the Work Force Planning module of the Corporate Performance Management System, act as key liaison between HR and Finance teams on financial planning and accounting matters.
Contribute to the people analytics initiatives in delivering both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Support the maintenance and improvement of Workday, specifically related to the compensation modules, including providing system testing and enhancement inputs, and preparing and auditing data.
Experience and Qualifications
Passion to develop your career in the compensation profession.
Demonstrated success in working in the compensation field, with exposure to moderate to complex level projects.
A business degree and/or relevant professional certification (such as CCP or CHRP).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of compensation experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial modeling and reporting is preferred.
Proven track record of maintaining a high level of integrity in all business transactions.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000.
