Provide consulting services to clients on healthcare enabling technology related projects in an analyst, subject matter expert or training capacity. Work directly with the Practice Director and/or Practice Manager and Consulting Services Team to enable sales opportunities, support solution development, and provide exceptional on-site solution delivery based upon the needs of Healthtech clients.
The Role
As the Communications and Change Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational changes, such as updates to business processes or systems, are implemented smoothly and efficiently, and monitor their effectiveness.
The Communications and Change Management Analyst will have a strong understanding of project management, business processes, and change management methodologies by developing and overseeing change management plans, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring the impact of changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess areas of organizational change.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Creating and managing detailed change management plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Develop and deliver training materials and communication to affected stakeholders.
- Monitoring and tracking the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjusting as needed.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support and engage senior leaders and coach managers, supervisors and team leaders as necessary.
- Working closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders about changes, including why the changes are happening, how they will be implemented, and how they will affect employees.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to help employees understand and adapt to changes.
- Developing and distributing timely and relevant communications regarding change initiatives.
- Collaborating with human resources or training departments to support the design and delivery of training for change initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Change Management Analyst or similar role
- PROSCI certification an asset
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Additional details
- Most projects will have a remote/hybrid model but some may require occasional travel up to 25% of the time
- Special focus given to candidates within the Canadian Atlantic Provinces
