What You'll Do

  • Monitor expected fill rates, late inbounds, oversells, and backlog risk; summarize impacts and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support EOL SKU management and Canada order book updates by maintaining accurate data and sharing visibility with the team.
  • Maintain Canada-facing inventory views, including available-to-sell, backorder risk, and excess or aging inventory.
  • Partner with Commercial and Supply teams to track speed-to-fill opportunities and support follow-up on stockout risks.
  • Support Wholesale and Custom order workflows, including MTO/MTS processes and licensed SKU production requests.
  • Coordinate custom production readiness, rush documentation, and order execution details with internal partners.
  • Compile account and channel information to support allocation and fulfillment discussions.
  • Support Canada launch readiness by tracking allocation visibility, early access participation, and known constraints.
  • Review SKU, inventory positioning, and order readiness details against launch timing and escalate gaps.
  • Prepare Canada-focused reporting inputs and basic ad hoc analysis using Tableau and Excel.
  • Help maintain SKU, pricing, and part setup accuracy for Wholesale and Custom, including blank and licensed products.
  • Support UAT testing, pricing validation, and data governance activities related to order flow and allocation accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting sales operations, supply chain, inventory management, order management, or a related business operations function.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data, reporting inputs, and follow-up items.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share updates, summarize impacts, and escalate issues to the right partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks, timelines, and competing priorities with moderate guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.
  • Familiarity with SAP, IBP, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Basic understanding of allocation, inventory management, order lifecycle, wholesale operations, or custom order workflows preferred.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Systems teams.
  • Able to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, visibility, and consistency.
  • Curious, dependable, and comfortable learning new processes while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
