About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Manager, Sales Operations and be based in
Toronto, Canada with a dotted line to on-site leadership. This role supports Wholesale and
Custom sales teams by helping maintain allocation, inventory visibility, order execution,
and launch readiness across Canada. The analyst works closely with Sales, Supply Chain,
Allocation, and Systems partners to track day-to-day operational needs, surface issues,
maintain reporting accuracy, and support process consistency for a dual-channel
business.
What You'll Do
- Review supply and demand information for Canada and flag allocation gaps, misses, and supply constraints to the appropriate partners.
- Monitor expected fill rates, late inbounds, oversells, and backlog risk; summarize impacts and escalate issues as needed.
- Support EOL SKU management and Canada order book updates by maintaining accurate data and sharing visibility with the team.
- Maintain Canada-facing inventory views, including available-to-sell, backorder risk, and excess or aging inventory.
- Partner with Commercial and Supply teams to track speed-to-fill opportunities and support follow-up on stockout risks.
- Support Wholesale and Custom order workflows, including MTO/MTS processes and licensed SKU production requests.
- Coordinate custom production readiness, rush documentation, and order execution details with internal partners.
- Compile account and channel information to support allocation and fulfillment discussions.
- Support Canada launch readiness by tracking allocation visibility, early access participation, and known constraints.
- Review SKU, inventory positioning, and order readiness details against launch timing and escalate gaps.
- Prepare Canada-focused reporting inputs and basic ad hoc analysis using Tableau and Excel.
- Help maintain SKU, pricing, and part setup accuracy for Wholesale and Custom, including blank and licensed products.
- Support UAT testing, pricing validation, and data governance activities related to order flow and allocation accuracy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting sales operations, supply chain, inventory management, order management, or a related business operations function.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate data, reporting inputs, and follow-up items.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share updates, summarize impacts, and escalate issues to the right partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks, timelines, and competing priorities with moderate guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.
- Familiarity with SAP, IBP, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of allocation, inventory management, order lifecycle, wholesale operations, or custom order workflows preferred.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Systems teams.
- Able to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, visibility, and consistency.
- Curious, dependable, and comfortable learning new processes while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Pay Range:
$60,000.00 - $78,000.00 Annual CADEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
