Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join CLEAResult as a Program Manager supporting the IESO’s Save On Energy Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) program and SaskPower Commercial Energy Optimization Program (CEOP). The programs provide incentives to commercial businesses to improve their energy efficiency through a variety of measures.

As the Commercial Energy Program Manager, you will work closely with our utility clients, directly managing relationships to ensure successful program execution. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship, leading a team of outreach and operations staff, setting & tracking strategies to achieve program targets, and meeting client and internal goals.

The successful candidate will be based in Ontario or Saskatchewan. Note that regular travel to Toronto and Regina will be required, likely on a quarterly basis.

  • Delegate and manage tasks across teams, including IT, Operations, and Technical Review

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience such as Energy Efficiency Program Design, Environmental Policy, or Sales in a utility or environmental aspect

  • 2+ years people management

  • Experience working with Energy Efficiency Programs

  • Post-secondary education in Environmental studies, Energy Efficiency or similar

  • CEM designation is considered an asset

Targeted Compensation Range 

$90,000-$110,000

    Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
