The role will also assist in preparing prospect insights, supporting ESG-focused research, and contributing to targeted marketing and outreach initiatives across Data Management Services offerings. Identify and research potential new business opportunities across multiple Data Management Services offerings.

- Analyze target companies and industries to support pipeline development and opportunity qualification.
- Use internal systems and external databases to identify relevant decision-makers and key points of contact.
- Research publicly stated ESG targets, sustainability commitments, and regulatory obligations of prospective customers.
- Prepare concise prospect profiles and market summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with RLG Marketing to help craft targeted, insight-driven messaging aligned to prospect ESG priorities.
- Support outreach preparation, campaign inputs, and internal presentations as needed.
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
- Support administrative and operational activities.

What we need from you
- Currently enrolled in University or College and working towards a degree or diploma in Business, Sustainability, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Educational experience in math, accounting, economics and/or business would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the environmental services sector would be an asset.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Highly organized.
- Competent when working independently, and on a team.
