More about this role:
  • Location: London (Hybrid)

  • Reports to: Senior Partnerships Manager, Sports

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Scope: UK & Ireland, supporting 20+ strategic operator partners

Drive affiliate revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance across our suite of sites. Scale partnerships and build strong relationships with operator partners. Coordinate internal teams (Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance) to deliver efficient affiliate operations.

Work closely with Marketing to optimize affiliate performance, track acquisition, identify anomalies, and feed insights into site optimisation. Develop narratives around long-term player value, identify system issues early, and support conversion with operator partners by sharing best practices.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day affiliate communications and maintaining strong operator relationships across UK & Ireland.

  • Coordinating affiliate links, offers, and acquisition metrics across platforms.

  • Monitoring and reporting on player value, conversion rates, and fraud detection.

  • Overseeing affiliate systems and performance tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborating with Marketing to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.

  • Handling invoicing, onboarding, and compliance processes for affiliate partners.

  • Identifying and resolving affiliate system issues proactively.

  • Supporting internal departments (Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops) for smooth operations.

  • Representing the company at industry conferences and networking events when required.

You will be supporting:
  • Affiliate Revenue Growth: Achievement of quarterly revenue targets.

  • Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to regulatory standards across all affiliate activities.

  • Partner Engagement: Positive feedback and increased marketing investment from operator partners.

  • Operational Efficiency: Timely onboarding, invoicing, and issue resolution.

  • Performance Insights: Deliver accurate monthly reports and actionable recommendations.

Your skillset:
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships (gaming/betting industry preferred).

  • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics, conversion funnels, and player value.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in affiliate operations.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and anomalies.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems and fraud prevention.

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
