This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in financial services to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled cold caller and appointment setter with experience reaching out to financial professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, insurance agencies, and financial advisors. The VA will use a provided list of leads to generate interest, set appointments, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to CPAs, lawyers, insurance agencies, financial advisors, and other finance professionals to introduce services and generate leads.

  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule appointments with qualified leads, following up as needed to maximize conversion rates.

  • Engage Prospective Clients: Effectively communicate the value of services to engage prospective clients and build rapport.

  • Lead Management: Keep accurate and organized records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates to management.

Must-Haves:

  • Expert Cold Caller: Demonstrated success in cold calling, with strong persuasion skills.

  • Appointment Setting Skills: Experience in scheduling appointments with high-quality leads in the financial services sector.

  • Financial Services Background: Understanding of the finance industry, including key roles and terminology.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective communication skills for engaging finance professionals.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, meet call targets, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling in financial services.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage lead lists and follow-up activities.

  • Proficiency with CRM or lead management software (preferred but not required).
