Job Description

Lilly Canada is evolving the ways of reaching our customers in innovative and impactful ways, and the office of the CMO is responsible for coordinating new initiatives that explore these opportunities.

Who are you?

We are looking for an individual who will bring their passion, creativity, and analytical skills to our marketing team.

  • You are someone who can be assigned an ambiguous task and put together a clear, organized plan to accomplish the task objective and deliver that plan.
  • You have a passion for data analysis and digital projects that increase customer reach and impact.
  • You are someone who likes to work autonomously and thrives connecting in a busy team setting but also likes to connect with the team to be supported and provide support.
  • You are keen to develop an understanding of Lilly’s marketing challenges and want to problem-solve with business owners and cross-functional teams to achieve established objectives and accelerate timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Efficiency: Enhance marketing efficiency and by analyzing data to identify trends, optimizing marketing strategies, and creating action plans
  • Digital Marketing Optimization: Increase metrics through tailored digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • Project Management and Campaign Development: Boost engagement and bookings through award-winning campaigns, conducting consumer research, market analysis, and directing media content.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Pursuing a university degree in Canada, to be continued in the fall after the summer internship completes
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Enjoys project management and learning about digital solutions within the health industry
  • Curious and willing to find solutions, not afraid to ask questions and explore new ways of doing things
  • Can work both autonomously and within a team depending on the projects and team needs.
