About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect SME to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for our technical teams. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance on cloud technologies, architectures, and real-time service implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding cloud migration, optimization, scaling, and low-latency design initiatives. By staying current with cloud trends and innovations, you will help our team adopt cutting-edge solutions that enhance project outcomes and deliver high-performance real-time experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team in evaluating and selecting appropriate cloud platforms and services, with a focus on solutions supporting real-time applications and low latency
  • Provide expert-level mentorship on cloud architecture design, implementation, and operation of scalable and resilient systems
  • Lead strategic decisions on cloud-native design patterns, microservices architectures, serverless computing, and container orchestration
  • Guide the implementation and management of Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications
  • Share expertise in designing, developing, and operating real-time services with minimal response times
  • Offer guidance on implementing cloud-based security solutions and compliance frameworks
  • Provide leadership in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environment design
  • Evaluate and advise on technologies for building high-throughput, low-latency real-time data pipelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and operation
  • Strong proficiency in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing
  • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized applications
  • Proven experience in designing and operating real-time services with low latency requirements
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience implementing cloud security best practices and ensuring compliance
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud performance tuning and cost optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated success in providing technical leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with gRPC and event streaming platforms (Kafka, Apache Pulsar)
  • Multi-cloud environment management expertise
  • Background in AI/ML infrastructure deployment
  • Experience mentoring technical teams
  • Certifications from major cloud providers
