Join our expert team of bioinformaticians, computational and lab scientists and help us revolutionize the way we develop new drugs and diagnostics.Leveraging your background in cloud computing and architecture, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into successful cloud/ or hybrid complex solutions addressing computational biology, molecular dynamics or HPC problems in cloud-native solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire solution lifecycle, from design to implementation, ensuring cloud infrastructures meet high-performance standards and security requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise IT landscapes, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency for organizations across various industries.The Opportunity:

  • Solution Design: architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions tailored to business needs
  • Technical Leadership: guide development teams in cloud-native application implementation and system migration
  • Ensure Quality: define non-functional requirements and review implementations to identify gaps between design and code
  • Stakeholder Management: collaborate with business leaders to align cloud strategies with organizational goals
  • Technology Evangelism: educate clients on cloud best practices and emerging technologies
  • Enhance Value: understand technical opportunities to improve business processes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience and deep understanding of AWS, Azure
  • 8+ years of relevant experience including:
    • cloud architecture, design, security & networking 
    • DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code and containerization technologies
    • modern architecture practices, including effective use of non functional requirements and architecture decision records
  • Hands-on experience in creating PoCs
  • Experienced in integrating AI/Generative AI (GenAI) concepts
  • Solid collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire and proficiency with working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
  • Strong analytical, logical problem-resolution skills
  • Exposure to regulated environments is a plus
