About the Role:

As a Senior Partnerships Manager at Sardine, you will drive transformational partnerships with technology companies that can unlock massive new revenue opportunities for Sardine. This role will report directly to our Head of Partnerships and focus on developing high-impact relationships with priority partners in various verticals and categories, such as e-commerce platforms, security providers, customer identity management solutions, and other emerging categories. These partnerships are designed to expand Sardine’s global distribution footprint and unlock new revenue streams.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from negotiating deal structures for first-of-kind product partnerships, driving integration readiness with internal technical teams to creating joint go-to-market strategies. As the primary point of contact, you will cultivate strong executive relationships, manage day-to-day partner engagement, and ensure Sardine is positioned as the premier fraud and compliance solution within each ecosystem. You’ll also bring a strong product mindset, feeding market insights back into our product teams to help shape future enhancements.

This role combines strategic thinking with relentless execution — a dealmaker who can look around corners, move fast, and drive real commercial impact.

This is a revenue-driving role with clear KPIs around partner execution, pipeline generation, and revenue closure alongside Sales. Over time, the partnerships you establish will open major new distribution channels for Sardine and play a foundational role in our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive breakthrough product partnerships: Lead negotiations with key target product partners to evolve beyond simple integrations toward transformational business models

  • Negotiate complex deals: Lead end-to-end deal negotiations involving novel commercial structures, product innovation terms, and multi-faceted value exchanges

  • Own distribution partnerships, primarily technical, across key categories with which Sardine has strong synergies

  • Design and drive scalable business models: Design and validate new commercial models tailored to platform economics while ensuring alignment with Sardine’s strategic objectives and revenue targets

  • Build executive relationships: Cultivate senior-level relationships with C-suite executives and business development leaders

  • Drive cross-functional execution: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to drive cross-deal insights, set strategies, and structure deals with complex technical, commercial, and go-to-market components

  • Communicate market feedback back to our Product teams to help with the enhancement of our offerings

  • KPIs that will focus on Partner execution, pipeline generation, and revenue closure (in collaboration with Sales)

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience related field and/or 10+ years of industry experience

  • Familiarity with technology partnerships and distribution frameworks

  • Commercial mindset: Proven success with negotiating and executing agreements, driving revenue via co-sell programs, and monitoring performance.

  • Sales aptitude - ability to support and drive revenue execution from the pipeline generated via partners

  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking

  • Demonstrated experience working with virtual, matrixed teams

  • Demonstrated experience working with senior-level executives.

  • Broad understanding of Sardine’s portfolio of products & services and industry knowledge

  • Execute and enable new technical partnerships to expand distribution and drive revenue.

  • Collaborate with Product teams to launch new channels and provide market feedback to enhance Sardine’s offerings.

  • Drive revenue targets, starting with pipeline generation and progressing to revenue execution.

  • Own partner relationships, ensuring Sardine maintains strategic positioning with executives and is recognized as the premier fraud and compliance platform within partner ecosystems.
