Qualifications & Skills
- AI: Experience using coding agents such as Claude code or OpenAI codex to develop and maintain production code
- AI: Can explain concepts such as spec driven development, context engineering & retrieval augmented generation
- C#/.NET: Strong proficiency and experience in the last three years (to meet the needs of a current client)
- Polyglot Proficiency: Strong proficiency in a few modern languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java).
- Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Cloud Depth: Demonstrable experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Modern Patterns: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- AI Augmented: Proficient in using AI-powered tools to accelerate development workflows and experience with AI-assisted development to deliver solutions
