Pacston Canada is on the hunt for Client Success Managers to work onsite at the Toronto office to manage global immigration cases. This position acts as a point of contact and support for clients who require global immigration applications. The duty of this position is to communicate with clients regarding their immigrant applicants' inquiries on the phone or through the Case Management system. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law and assisting in global talent migration.

Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a trusted advisor: Offer clear explanations, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any concerns on immigration applications effectively.

 

  • Navigate the immigration journey: Guide clients through the intricacies of immigration applications, providing clear explanations and expert support.

 

  • Be the client's advocate: Ensure a smooth and successful immigration process by proactively identifying clients' needs to recommend the appropriate service and collaborate with internal teams.

 

  • Case Management Mastery: Proficiently utilize the company's Case Management System to streamline communication, track application progress, and efficiently manage client inquiries.
