- Collaborate Across the Org: You’ll be a key player between product, support, sales, and leadership — and the voice of the customer.
- Champion the Client: Advocate for product enhancements and escalate when needed to ensure lightning-fast resolution.
Requirements
Bilingual Skills – You speak both English and French fluently, making it easy to connect with a wide range of clients.
1–3+ Years of Experience – You’ve spent time in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles where building relationships is key.
Automotive Industry Know-How – Whether it’s dealerships, wholesale, or automotive tech, your background gives you a leg up in understanding the unique needs of this space.
SaaS Savvy – You’ve worked at a SaaS company or you're super comfortable navigating cloud-based platforms.
Proven Portfolio Management – You’ve successfully managed B2B accounts, ideally with some responsibility for keeping clients happy and growing (think retention + expansion).
