We are looking for a Client Success Associate (FPS) Associate), to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As a Client Success Associate (FPS Associate), you will contribute to a client’s ability to achieve goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s achievement of account retention and growth objectives. You will provide support to the FPS team on reporting, serve as back-up and/or assist FPS Partners in support of their assigned portfolios when needed and use your exemplary customer service skills to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

 

A Day in the Life

  • Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the FPS Partner/Lead

  • Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management

  • Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop

  • Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA)

  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.

  • Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v- look ups, pivot table etc.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others whom share different opinions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others

  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while achieving quality results

The hiring base salary range for this position is $54, 400- $74, 800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
