Purpose of the Role:

We have an exciting internship opportunity within our Client Services team for a student enrolled in post-secondary studies specializing in Finance, Economics, or Business. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to a dynamic, client-focused environment.

As a Client Services Intern, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Client Services team as they deliver exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients and our advisors. You will contribute to the day-to-day client experience through documentation and administrative support, while assisting with data quality and cleanup tasks that help maintain accurate, reliable client information. This role is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills within a collaborative team environment.

This will be a 3-month internship starting in June 2026. The location will be a hybrid of work from home and an in-office environment at our Vancouver/Toronto office.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate client records by completing data integrity checks and supporting updates in CRM systems to ensure strong quality control and reliable reporting
  • Prepare and organize regulatory and client documentation to support compliant account maintenance and timely completion of non-financial client requests.
  • Provide administrative support for client service requests, validate client integrity information, and assist with team assignments and initiatives.
  • Support Client Web related administrative tasks and assist with addressing or routing related inquiries to help enable a seamless client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited Canadian university/college in Finance, Economics or Business.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently.
  • Experience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members.
  • Available full-time for the full summer term.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada for the full term.
Compensation & Benefits Package:

Our internship position offers a competitive market salary of $26 per hour, along with additional benefits.
