BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a Client Finance Manager to join our team. 

As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Who we’re looking for 

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Client Finance Manager to support our growing digital business. Partnering closely with the Program Manager and Finance Director, this role plays a critical part in aligning financial forecasting, team planning, and resource management to drive business efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can connect the dots between financial data and operational decision-making, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Build, refine, and maintain financial models tailed to client realities that support revenue and cost forecasting. 
  • Team & Resource Planning: Work closely with the Program Manager to align financial projections with staffing and resourcing needs. 
  • Client & Project Financials: Monitor project profitability, track key financial metrics, and provide insights to optimize revenue and margins. 
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings, recommending creative, data-driven solutions to improve business performance. 
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the financial liaison between accounting, operations, and client teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation, standardization, and best practices in financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Multitasking & Agility: Balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring forward innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, proactively addressing challenges before they arise. 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance (Finance & Planning, and Accounting), ideally within a digital, media, or professional services environment. 
  • University/College Degree in business/finance. 
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to see and interpret trends, and make strategic, data-driven based recommendations. 
  • Experience with project-based or client financials, including revenue recognition and resource allocation. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial software  
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. 
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you don’t just flag issues, you bring potential solutions. 
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
