Client Experience (CX) teams own the technical relationship with the client, they are responsible and accountable for the service provided to a set of clients, within geographic regions. The Client Experience Consultant ensures the client’s service operates within a set of KPI’s and make suitable adjustments to ensure it continues to do so. Client Experience teams work with our clients to adapt the services received, in line with the ever-changing requirements of the investment management industry. Alongside our sales and account management teams, CX team provides regular service reviews with our clients, to reinforce our value proposition, provide industry insight and uncover further opportunity to solve our client’s challenges. 

We are currently recruiting for a Client Experience Consultant to join our CX North America team and supplement our global team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a global presence and significant growth potential. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and growing existing clients:  
    • Oversight and management of all flow workload for a set of existing business accounts 
    • In depth knowledge of the existing accounts and history. 
    • Provision of expert advice to clients around their feed requirements. 
    • Periodical service reviews with the clients. 
    • Leading production discussions and maintaining strong working relationships  
  • General point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team and source of data, product and technical expertise;  
    • Databases, vendor methodology 
    • Systems 
    • Client data usage 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ Years Strong work experience in the financial data industry 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Candidates must be of Graduate caliber, preferably a bachelor's degree in a finance or a related field 
  • Experience as a Consultant or related position within the financial data industry.  
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills required 
  • Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is interested in exploring how new tools can improve customer, employee, and business outcomes. 

Desirable: 

  • Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases and applications 
  • Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel® and MS PowerPoint® 
  • Knowledge of Financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities  
  • Experience with PowerBi, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP and ETL processes 
  • Experience in a client facing role within financial markets
