About the Role

In this role, the Client Executive supports partners in nationwide and global efforts. The client execitive identifies, develops and manages multiple brand customer relationships at a corporate management level to position TD SYNNEX's overall value while providing local TD SYNNEX management with strategic direction and plan implementation to drive maximum market share.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner's Value proposition and offerings

  • Geographic coverage mapping

  • Comprehensive Marketing plan for new business, installed base and renewal/annuities business

  • Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting and reviewing actual vs goals

  • Solutions Path engagement, training, and certification schedule

  • Monthly sales review and action item list

  • Quarterly business review with BU management and related Supplier team

  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.

  • Develop and enhance our executive level customer relationships with our strategic and ISV partners

  • Grow share of wallet in winning more business lines by improving the 'customer experience' with TD SYNNEX by incorporating more TD SYNNEX brand services and renewed focus on solutions and customer satisfaction

  • Identifies sales leads for the field organization through Corporate Management by identifying opportunities, developing operational plans, and providing leadership to advocate TD SYNNEX's capabilities at the customer’s corporate management level utilizing the customer’s assigned account team.

  • Communicates with the customer on a proactive basis to identify customer satisfaction issues and isolate root causes of any perceived problems.

  • Designs corrective action plans that resolve identified problem to improve customer relations.

  • Coordinates the action plan requirements to appropriate support groups (e.g. TD SYNNEX Services)

  • Owns and manages strategy for the customer.

  • Ensure cross-divisional teamwork to leverage TD SYNNEX's value in achieving the customer's business vision

What Were Looking For:

  • Preference for candidates with knowledge/history supporting Unified Communications and/or Cyber Security.

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • Gaining understanding of organization's entire product / service line.

  • Works on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.

  • Works with some supervision.

  • Performs and perfects sales and service tasks and procedures under self-direction.

  • Builds relationships directly with customers to broaden customer base and increase sales.

  • Actions impact the success of the entire work group.

  • Doit être capable de voyager jusqu'à 75 % du temps

  • Développer et améliorer nos relations clients au niveau exécutif avec nos partenaires stratégiques et ISV

  • Augmenter la part de portefeuille en gagnant plus de lignes d'affaires en améliorant l'expérience client avec TD SYNNEX en incorporant plus de services de marque TD SYNNEX et en mettant l'accent sur les solutions et la satisfaction client

  • Identifier les opportunités de vente pour l'organisation sur le terrain par le biais de la gestion d'entreprise en identifiant les opportunités, en développant des plans opérationnels et en fournissant un leadership pour promouvoir les capacités de TD SYNNEX au niveau de la gestion d'entreprise du client en utilisant l'équipe de compte assignée du client

  • Communiquer de manière proactive avec le client pour identifier les problèmes de satisfaction client et isoler les causes profondes de tout problème perçu

  • Concevoir des plans d'action correctifs qui résolvent les problèmes identifiés pour améliorer les relations avec les clients

  • Coordonner les exigences du plan d'action avec les groupes de soutien appropriés (par exemple, les services TD SYNNEX)

  • Posséder et gérer la stratégie pour le client

  • Assurer le travail d'équipe inter-divisionnel pour tirer parti de la valeur de TD SYNNEX dans la réalisation de la vision d'affaires du client

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Préférence pour les candidats ayant des connaissances/historique de soutien aux communications unifiées et/ou à la cybersécurité

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente permettant d'acquérir des connaissances et des compétences professionnelles comparables

  • Compréhension croissante de la gamme complète de produits/services de l'organisation

  • Travaille sur des comptes de petite à moyenne taille de complexité modérée

  • Travaille avec une certaine supervision

  • Effectue et perfectionne les tâches et procédures de vente et de service sous auto-direction

  • Établit des relations directement avec les clients pour élargir la base de clients et augmenter les ventes
