  • Support annual planning: territory carve, quota setting, capacity modelling and ramp assumptions, partnering with FP&A.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce/Power BI dashboards that enable self-service for sales leaders.
  • Support account hierarchy, ZoomInfo enrichment and whitespace mapping to enable territory carve, ABM, and new business prospecting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Systems and IT on CRM and BI enhancements, including requirements gathering, UAT and rollout.

  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving, multi-brand, multi-region environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies, pipeline analytics and MEDDPICC.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation and territory planning processes.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI (or Tableau, Looker).
