We are searching for a Chief Academic Director responsible for creating and developing curricular policies and procedures for a renown global company in the education industry.

About the company: worldwide education organization focused on bilingual schools offering an innovative, Canadian methodology for 553 schools in over 30 countries today.

The job is focused on curricular development as its main task. We are looking for someone who is capable of taking a look at our current curriculum and understanding what are our strengths and what could be improved, rethinking our processes and supporting us on our ongoing growth process. The role also includes team management, training and establishing standards for new schools opening today in Toronto.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate would have over 10 years of experience in the education industry (preferably working with bilingual education) and experience with team management. It is also crucial that this person has experience working with schools, and not only within the academia working environment - we are looking for people with experience in pre, middle and/or high school.

Education level: PhD in education or related industries.
