What you’ll do

  • Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What you'll need

  • Valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification

  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

  • 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for large projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.

  • 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years.

  • 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees. Examples should include specific details of work performed.

  • 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.

  • 1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year. Examples should include specific details of work performed.

  • 1 year of experience implementing a new governance model in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
