Among all of them, you identify the highest-leverage things that move the P&L this week and run the team that executes on them.

You own the funnel, the team, the guarantees, and the unit economics. You report to the founders, hire and fire as you see fit, and keep the machine compounding.

AI Acquisition is a multi-8-figure ARR business with 200+ team members, bootstrapped and profitable.

We launch and scale information products and software products on a marketing and sales engine refined across 12 product launches and $100M+ in ad spend.

What the Playbook Has Produced
  • Flagship offer: 10x in 6 months, and still compounding
  • Cold-launch spin-out: $0 to $600K in 30 days. No brand, no audience. The engine alone
What You Actually Do
  • Run the P&L: Bookings, cash, churn, CAC, LTV
  • Own the management layer of the growth engine end to end. Ads, sales, onboarding, delivery, retention, reporting.
  • Make the call. Hire, fire, cut, launch. No committee
Your Upside

You will probably not fit if
  • You need a board, a deck cycle, or prolonged strategy offsites to make decisions

RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in high growth businesses in the online education, SaaS, or marketing agency verticals
  • Owned a P&L at this scale. Bookings, cash, churn. Not a cost center. Not a function
  • Called the shots. You have independently, in high-growth environments, made large scale cuts, allocated meaningful capital, and built high-performing teams
  • Shipped in days, not quarters. You are bored by quarterly OKRs and energized by Monday-to-Friday outcomes
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, and experience driving AI use cases forward as a P&L lever rather than a buzzword
  • Strong financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L responsibilities
  • Strong experience in corporate development and fundraising
