Job Description:

Hydrafacial is hiring a Capital Sales Manager - East Canada who will focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Introducing physician practices and medical spas to the Hydrafacial by engaging everyone in the business — from physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and/or office managers.

  • Identifying potential customer needs — provide potential outcomes or return of investments (ROI) and help your clients understand how to position the Hydrafacial treatment inside their practices and businesses.

  • Generating leads by working your territory through cold-calling strategies; including walk-in business visits, phone calls, client networking, and social media avenues.

  • Maintaining a robust pipeline to ensure you consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals. Develop strategic selling techniques, using marketing tools and resources, to enhance your client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.

  • After the sale, you will connect new customers to an outstanding team member on the Account Management team who will then pick up the consumables side of the business and continue to help customers achieve their goals and drive business using the Hydrafacial devices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • College degree or equivalent.

  • Bilingual English and French required.

  • Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market -dermatology/plastic surgery or selling into high-end resort spas – having relationships in your territory is key to your success in this rewarding role!

  • Experience selling capital equipment to physicians (not hospitals).

  • Experience prospecting to new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.

  • Experience executing specific examples of closing sales based on return on investment and success helping medical practices or spas build a business around your products.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

What else can you expect with Hydrafacial?
