As an Analyst / Associate, you will play a key role within the Capital Markets team at our location in Toronto, Canada!

Your Responsibilities

  • Management of SalesForce data to ensure timely execution of marketing activities such as delivery of White Papers, Fund Updates and new fund launches to interested parties;
  • Coordination of marketing events targeted at key clients and prospects such as an Annual Holiday Cocktail and Informational Luncheons etc.;
  • Lead generation in new market segments i.e. pension funds under $1 billion in AUM, family offices;
  • Assistance in the planning and execution of Cross-Country Roadshows when Portfolio Managers, key executives and Founder across the Americas.
  • Assistance with meeting follow-up and coordination of specific information requests with Products Team located in London and Augsburg. Attendence within meetings where appropriate or applicable.
  • Coordination of Management Reporting for the Canadian operation primarily through SalesForce;
  • Creation of Client Portals for key prospects and relevant Canadian consultant firms;
  • Attendance with Head of Capital Markets at local conferences and industry events to source new leads for PATRIZIA;
  • Assistance in the day-to-day compliance activities and management of PATRIZIA’s North American regulatory structure;
  • Assistance with administrative duties such as travel bookings and expense tracking

What we look for

  • Business degree, MBA or demonstratable prior experience
  • For those without prior experience, the need to complete the relevant, required industry qualifications and registration with relevant regulatory bodies for both Canada and the United States are imperative
  • Strong computer and analytical skills;
  • Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Python etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce and Seismic are a definite asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build meaningful connections.
  • Excellent presentation skills and being a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of German language would be considered an asset
  • You like to work in a dynamic and purpose-led environment
  • You're ready to take on responsibility and make a positive impact
  • You're motivated by continuous improvement, eager to adapt and try new things, including travel
