About the Role:
 

The Discovery Program Representative undergoes a training program lasting about 12 months, during which they will learn the basic functions in sales, marketing, and product management. At the conclusion of the program, the employee will be assessed by managers of the three groups and assigned to a position that maximizes the strengths identified by the Sr. Manager of Training and validated by those that worked with them. At that time the employee will receive a different job title.

What You'll Do:

  • Managing relationships with TD SYNNEX sales teams, product management teams, and vendor relationships internal & external customers, vendors and marketing teams

  • Presenting on varied frequency to executive leadership, management and Discovery Rep program managers

  • Completing order entries, quotes, product look up, reporting, ROI analysis and credit or debit memos

  • Attend sales training, product webinars and events

  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) is required.

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Le ou la Représentant(e) du programme Découverte participe à un programme de formation d’une durée d’environ 12 mois, au cours duquel il ou elle apprendra les fonctions de base en vente, marketing et gestion de produits.

À la fin du programme, la performance de l’employé(e) sera évaluée par les gestionnaires des trois groupes, afin de l’affecter à un poste qui maximise ses forces, telles qu’identifiées par le ou la gestionnaire principal(e) de la formation et validées par les personnes avec qui il ou elle a travaillé. À ce moment, l’employé(e) recevra un nouveau titre de poste.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Gérer les relations avec les équipes de ventes de TD SYNNEX, les équipes de gestion de produits et les relations avec les fournisseurs — internes et externes — ainsi qu’avec les équipes de marketing.

  • Présenter, à différentes fréquences, aux dirigeants, gestionnaires et responsables du programme des représentants Découverte.

  • Effectuer des saisies de commandes, devis, recherches de produits, rapports, analyses de rentabilité (ROI) et notes de crédit ou de débit.

  • Participer à des formations en vente, des webinaires sur les produits et à divers événements.

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau d’entrée (0 à 1 an d’expérience de travail pertinente) requis.

  • Formation exigée : baccalauréat.

  • Capacité à exécuter des directives et à demander des précisions au besoin.

  • Excellentes compétences en saisie de données.

  • Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à faire preuve de pensée critique et de jugement.

  • Sens aigu du détail, avec rigueur et efficacité.

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite.

  • Capacité à négocier habilement et à promouvoir des idées de façon persuasive.

  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des personnes de divers horizons.

  • Solides compétences en organisation et gestion du temps, avec un fort souci de la réalisation des tâches.

  • Capacité à s’adapter facilement au changement.

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer des charges de travail élevées.

  • Capacité à multitâcher et à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

  • Aptitude à collaborer et à établir de solides relations de travail.

  • Capacité à parler au téléphone (ou à utiliser un casque d’écoute) pendant de longues périodes.

  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à s’adapter à de nouveaux systèmes et technologies.

  • Connaissance de base des systèmes et applications informatiques pertinents.
