About the Job:

Capco is looking for an Operations Manager who will directly report to the Americas Chief Operating Officer. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, optimizing supply and demand, driving process improvements and change management, and providing financial advisory to senior leaders. The Operations Lead will be at the forefront of driving our Canadian business forward through operational excellence and rigor in financial controls.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Act as a strategic financial advisor to the Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Enhance the financial health of the region by analyzing results, monitoring variances, and presenting actionable solutions to the Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate and support the financial planning processes, including the preparation, review, and presentation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans to various stakeholders.
  • Execute on regional growth strategies by collaborating with internal teams to prioritize initiatives and drive business outcomes based on critical business needs
  • Advise Partners on financial terms and client contract structures, including deal structuring and rate-card strategies to mitigate risks and optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and review project costing and pricing models, leveraging advanced Excel modeling skills and Capco tools to deliver accurate and strategic financial insights.
  • Lead training initiatives to equip the business with tools and knowledge to enhance operational excellence.
  • Guide and foster a high-performing team culture through effective mentorship and skill development, ensuring team success and engagement.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 5+ years experience in the financial services or consulting industry

  • Experience in developing complex financial modelling to support new business

  • General understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to details

  • Outstanding communication and influence skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels and be a team player

  • Ability to have a presence to work along-side and train client teams

  • Ability to cultivate a high performing team, foster collaboration, and motivate others to perform at their best

  • Working knowledge of Peoplesoft and/or Anaplan is a plus

  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

  • Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance education or background
